Try cleaning your MAF sensor. If this doesn't help, you may need to replace it.

P0171 is a system too lean code. I have replaced soo many mass air flow sensors because of this code. The Mass Mass Air Flow sensor is not reading correctly, showing that there is more air passing over it than there actually is. I have never been able to remedy this without replacing it. It's located on the intake air tube between the air filter and the throttle body. The part number is on the sensor. Write the number down and call around to find a good price on a new one.

Is Map Sensor And Maf Sensor The Same Thing?

Let's see if I understand this. My 4 cyl. Camry does not have a MAF sensor like the 6, it has only a MAP sensor.
MAF = mass air flow - measures the air flow at a point between the air filter and throttle body and adjusts fuel accordingly
MAP = manifold absolute pressure, measures vacuum in the intake manifold and adjusts fuel to the injectors accordingly.
Both convert demand to electrical signals to be read by the computer.
