Has anyone changed their fuel filter and is there a pressure relief valve anywhere? thanks

no relief valve except on the motor by the power steering pump. will still be a messy job

what if i pulled the fuse on the fuel pump and ran the van for a couple of minutes to run the lines dry and relieve pressure?

BTW how do you remove the one end of the filter? depress the tabs? i havent messed with that type, the only ones i seen is the screw-on on both ends.

I tried the fuse trick, but I still had some pressure in the line, a good bit of fuel still came out. The filter is very easy to change. Its mounted to the frame with, I believe, a 10 mm bolt and the fuel lines come off by hand, no tools necessary.
