they couldnt have picked a slower car...

he probably just sits at street corners and calls for the real cars to chase someone down.

lol. Don't know what PD that is.. but they won't catch anyone in the open hwy with it. It almost looks like CHP insignia on it but there's no blue around the inner ring of the badge and highway patrol is not printed on thedoor. That may have the advantage in cornering (if presuer is running in some back road somewhere) but straight open roads.. my money is on the Crown Vics.....

well it looks aight, but i guess the only thing they are gonna be able to catch is those dx, lx, and ex civics and ls and rs integras, and some stock accords. i wish them luck...... :D .

can you say " photoshop"???

no, way thats a real cop car....
first the rims....
second that slow ass car will never catch a bike with a 87 year old guyspushing it...
third, i dont see why the "police" wants a BW kit to crash it on a "chase"
fourth, can you see the black housing and the "illegal" altezza tail lights on that thing......
fifth, i never seen a "police car" with a spiler on it, and the accord is FWD so theres no use to it....
sixth, i never see a cop car that is not american, like a chevy or ford, and maybe a dodge/chrysler......

anyways. i think some1 speed many hours for nothing.....

Good joke but CHP does happen to have Volvo in it's arsenal of vehicles.
This is no lie. I use to live in Corona CA and was cruising north on the 15 when I saw it in Temecula CA. Foreign cop cars are real here in Cali. I heard it was some kind of test vehicle and that CHP was considering the Volvo brand for there roominess and speed. They do race Volvo's believe it or not. I'm real sorry that I don't have pics of it. But it's real If you're in Cali beware of the Volvo sedan behind you. Traditions may be hard to change but they're now using BMW motorcycles too. And that foreign!:smoka:

so all those touring cars with wings i see on the BTCC and JTCC are useless?

that's not a spoiler, that's a wing. it generates downforce and with a properly designed and implemented front spoiler, it creates even downforce on the front and back to prevent lift from air rushing under the chassis.

a spoiler is any device that forces air to follow the rear profile of the vehicle to reduce eddy effect drag. it was called a spoiler as it "spoiled the air" coming off the rear of a car to prevent drafting.

If I had the cash, I Would so get a body kit like that, dunno about the paint scheme, and shove a Super CHarged H22 under the hood...:D :alien:

Volvos can be consider a good cop cars cause they are smaller and can maneuver better then those overweight Crown Victoria, they are still made to handle crashes, and has the power.

However if they do I'll have to start remembering the headlights of the Volvos.:(

my bad>>>> wing :)

IMO yes they are useless and actually they create more drag than what its suppose to do "downforce"

maybe if you were driving a Formula1 ferrari where you need a device so you wont fly over the track thanx to the fast speed and low weight...and too keep the down force so you wont loose traction.....

in a formula1 car you can drive upside down, just like "man in black" going at 200+MPH thanx to the downforce....

most of the "wings" you see in tegs, civics, FWD cars are basically useless......

I live up in Northern Cali and I've seen the Volvo Highway Patrol and the BMW bikes too! Doesn't ford have some connection w/Volvo now though? Because I thought that the police could only buy domestic cars. Also I heard that some highway patrol divisions were gonna have camaros where they could afford them. That would suck, well not that I'm planning on trying to run from them, so I guess it doesn't really suck too bad.
Oh well, enough babbling, back to work.
