I just got a fixing ticket for my intake and msd ignition. I can understand the intake, but can they really give me a ticket on my MSD and if it is Legal, does anyone know a website where i can prove that it is legal. Thanks !

It depends on where you live.
If you are in California, the cop can give you a ticket for almost anything.
Check out the DMV or CHP site, they have information on what you can or can't have on your car.
