My left blinker blinks really fast but the front one doesn't work, i replaced the bulbs but this didn't fix the problem. If anyone can help I would be very happy.

Interesting......have similar problem with '98....same side even....but I think it was because the headlamp unit was cracked open in an accident and went undetected for a while..

Correct me if I'm wrong (which happens a lot), but I think the fast blink is GM's indication of a blown fuse. If you haven't already done so, check the fuse box (probably the one in the engine compartment). There will probably be an extra fuse there, too.

A blown fuse would likely mean that they would not work at all. Fast or starnge blinking usually means that one of the light is burned out. Since he said he replaced the bulb and the problem is still there then next I would check for corrosion on the connector. Put a little shot of oil (like WD40) into the connector and then plug and unplug the bulb a few times to scrape any corrosion off of it.
