i have a 1985 convertible, and was just wondering if the front and rear bumpers off a 1990 cabrio would fit on it? or at least kinda fit, i can fabricate pretty well so it just needs to be close, has anyone here done it?

Yes they will fit. When you look around the cuurent dub scene you will see that it has been done quite a bit.
