FlySkyline 05-24-2004, 07:34 PM sell it and buy a tmaxx- thats an upgrade- lol jp - most likely you will have to make do with what you can find or make work, i dont think they will aftermarket parts and if they do, it wont be for a long while GTmike400 05-24-2004, 08:03 PM sell it and buy a tmaxx- thats an upgrade- lol jp - most likely you will have to make do with what you can find or make work, i dont think they will aftermarket parts and if they do, it wont be for a long while :1: Dont buy any RC you can buy at Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, Target, Radio-Shack, or other general stores. Go to a specialty hobby shop. They dont make parts for those cars, but for real R/Cs they do. Howielong 05-24-2004, 08:16 PM You can look on http://www.jadatoys.com/RC_SPEC/index.html But i didn't find anything. Send them an e-mail freakray 05-25-2004, 10:39 AM Jada makes toys, if you want something tunable, you'll have to move up to something on a hobby level, as was mentioned. Even the RTR cars can be tuned more than anything you'll get from a toy store. SL500Gullwing 06-17-2004, 12:40 PM I dont think that there are any upgrades for them because they are too cheap for a bigger car. gigglesnirt 06-17-2004, 03:28 PM get something like a tc3, or even a tl01, maybe even used, i got my tl01 used with radio system and came ready to run, but it came with 4 bodies and was in almost perfect condition, got it for 100$ rmg313 06-17-2004, 08:39 PM is there a way to drop a different body on a jada rc cuz dont have loads of money to spend on a Rc my sneaker addiction gets the best of me Howielong 06-17-2004, 08:41 PM Those bodies are plastic. Rc bodies are lexan. You would need to make up a mount for it. FlySkyline 06-17-2004, 08:42 PM im sure you could, just go to a hobby shop, pick up a body you like that is about the same size, then customize it so it fits also everyone knows that jada makes r/c in 1:10, 1:12, and 1:18 scales right? rmg313 06-17-2004, 08:44 PM ^^^^ cool cuz i want to drop a rsx body on one to match my real rsx is there anything elsei should account for ? GTmike400 06-17-2004, 08:53 PM The Jada R/C's arent to scale. They say 1/10, but they are bigger than 1/10 and they arent 1/8 either. Howielong 06-17-2004, 08:56 PM 1/5 mike. Well that is way to big. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
