well i'm just on my way to work as i am everyday, and i look in my rearview mirror to find a black supra the mkIV 93 and up. all black no wing just a supra. so my adrenaline gets to rushing cause i wanna race this car so bad, so it gets up next to me and.......... aw its an old man in his 50's. so i just speed up disapointed and trying to hurry to get to work as i cross 3 lanes at somewhat of a fast speed he follows me. now i'm thinking yeah right this old man isn't trying to race is he. so i jump around this car in font of me and whine the turbo's to about 7psi and let them do ther work, and the old man follows again. holy sh!t this guy is serious and before i could even downshift i see him punch it in my rearview. as he jumps in front of me i follow right on his a$$. were swerving through traffic and its getting intense. finally an opening and we pursue and open up our engines from the jump he's already ahead of my by about 2 car lengths, and i start reeling his a$$ in like a damn trout! as i get in the 2 person only lane to go past him traffic is near ahead and he finds an opening so i follow as we both hit the opening again i start pulling on him slowly but i'm coming along side and up ahead is a huge mess of dead stop traffic. whoa, so we slow down fast and my exit is up next i get over to get off and the old guy smiles and nods his head at me. Dang if only this could happen at night with no traffic. oh well it was fun, i'll get my time to race a supra again one day.

btw: he had no exhaust no wing no nothing so i'm sure he as stock.

There is something about those Supras that just get the heart pumping! :iceslolan Hope you find that guy again and get line them up :naughty:

good stuff young vr4 I had the same run in about two months ago. me and my girl were just getting out of the local baskin robbin about 9ish and as I pull up to the stop light and look in my rear veiw mirror to see a set of projectors, at first I though it was a teg but as he got closer he switched lanes and got right next to me, I look over and to my excitement (sp) it was a supra. Knowing that I was out classed but just wanted to admire this guys ride I think he took it the wrong way. It was a gunmetal grey single turbo supra with a nice kit. Just looking at his car in amazment (sp) he started revving on me, I was like wtf. In my head I say what the heck lets do this. so I adjust my seat tighten up my 4-point and idle my car up to 2500 and hold it. Then I hear him just sit on his rev limiter and I get kind of intimidated but my heart keeps pumping, waiting till the lights turn green then instantly they turn, I drop the clutch hold the gas till I get traction and then I punch it, then shift into second I see him in my driver side mirror getting side ways still spinning, by third I have a good car length on him I couldnt believe I just beat a supra and the end of third we hit the lights again. Furious on the first out come he wanted another run. so I give it to him, but this time we didnt get enough time to get ready as soon as I got my idle to 2500 again the lights turned and I punch it this time I drop the clutch and floor it, bigg mistake I start spinning till redline and spin second pretty bad too but to my happyness me got a bad launch too and we did almost the same run as the first one. After that I was so happy had I slowed down to 10mph and he pulled up next to me and said lets go one more but I say I have to turn here, and he keeps trying but I still refuse. then he asks me what kind of car is that I say its a neon and he looks at his freind with a wtf look on mis face. then he asks what do you have in their and I smile and say its stock. He smiles at me and shakes is head and say fuck you and laughs and gives me a thumbs up. :iceslolan That night made my night

Good run. Supras are soo easy to mod it isn't even funny. A bpu would have given you a closer run. Nice kill.

Alittle OT but it's kinda funny: has anyone ever seen a mkIV supra with stock exhaust? in all honestly i have always seen a supra with an aftermarket system. whether it was an old man, young guy, young girl anyone and any kind of model

i've seen stock exhaust befroe but it usually had a wing or something on it

just in case, you guys were wondering, i saw the guy who drove the supra that 209 neon beat. hes about 12 years old and tries to shift at 12000rpm, when rev limit is what? around 7700. ha fuck he sucks. good kill for you both

I've seen a black supra in Mukilteo a few times. There is also a badass red one thats always at the go cart track. I bet the black one was the exact same one.

uhh .. the TT's all just say turbo on the back, so that means nothing. if it was an APU supra, he would have to be a really really really realy bad driver to lose to a stock neon. it was probably just TT, but still good kill

I've seen plenty of supras with stock exhausts. One the other day, in fact- a black mkiv with a special edition badge that looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I looked over, and the guy driving it must have been 60. :grinno:

You'd have to be 60 to afford one. They are soo overpriced it is ridiculous.

I know an 18 year old who bought a 94 tt supra for 20 thosand. You just have to keep looking around.
p.s.I just wish one day ill get to kill a tt supra.
