I have a 1974 Dodge Monaco 400 with an Electronic Ignition system breakerless. I have replaced the ECM, Ballast Resistor, Coil, as well as the distributor. I am receiving no spark at the coil. It will not even shock me when cranking the motor. The way I have the Coil hooked up is the positive coming from the Ballast Resistor brown wire is connected to the positive terminal. The negative wire is one that is black and goes to the ECM module. I have tested the continuity of all the wires and can not find any shorts either. I am thinking about just buying an aftermarket ignition system. Please help.
