Well, I am guessing that you would lose your permit, and the insurance would go up for the person who lent you their car. But that is merely speculation.

well i am 15 and have my restricted (can drive from 6am to 8pm without parents) i own my own car and have gotten pulled over for going 76 in a 45 they took my license away for 90 days and my insurance went up thast about it

It depends on where you live. In CA, if you are caught without a driver's license, the car gets towed away for 30 days
