Which do u guys recommend? I just got my car and dont know if i should take it to the ford dealership or to any random mechanic shop. I think the ford dealership will do quality work but at a higher price. What do u guys think and recommend cause Im gonna take my xplorer in for a tranny flush.

Generally speaking, you'll undoubtedly pay alot more at the dealer. For routine work, that's probably wasted money. For more technical work, the dealer might be the better bet, the techs are trained. I wouldn't randomly pick a shop. Talk to neighbors, co-workers, parole officer (ha)....also, what shops are always real busy (good sign).
A tranny flush could be done at a quick lube place easy.
