I justed wanted to know if anyone could tell me how much an adapter kit is to change a 5 lug into a 6 lug on a 96 Blazer.

I think it's alot of work, and very expensive, but you can ask Grant@TireRack, he is a moderator in here, he could tell you what you would have to do.
