Honestly, Im so fuckin pissed right now I dont know what the fuck is gonna happen. I already called the police and filed a report, but I know thats not gonna do shit, so please, anyone in the Seattle Area who knows anything, PLEASE let me know. This was my first ever car, Ive only had it three months, and now this happens, I just cant beleive it. So much time, effort, and money into it, and now its all gone :mad: :sad:

Were those stock headlights, aftermarket, or modified somehow? In the pictures, they don't lquite look like OEM headlights. In any case, they look nice.

My roommates civic was stolen a about three months back down in Kansas City. The cops found it two weeks later, used and abused covered in mud and snow. They left on his 17" rims, probably because they didn't have the right lug. Stole his Cold air intake, factory stereo, dome light...yeah the dome light. He got it back from the insurace compay about two months later, and shit was still wrong with it, so he has been getting them to fix every little thing from then on.
I hope they find yours.

It really sucks when you think your car is secure and thieves still get their hands on it.
A friend of mine had a really nice Civic, full Viper system, kept it in his garage, which was always locked and had a security system of its own. Parked it in there when he came one night. Made sure everything was locked up, and that the alarm was set. Came out the next morning to go to work, and the locks were busted, alarm was bypassed, and of course, his Civic was gone, never to be seen again.

I just want mine to turn up, even if its stripped, just so I can get some closure on the whole thing and move on with my life.

I think Im done with Hondas though, maybe not, but we'll see. Im thinkin right now I want to get a 97-98 240.

Curious, what actual alarm did you have and what options did you have on the alarm. It's sad that when someone goes to get an alarm and the installer/seller doesn't get people to add more items like merc. tilt switches, backup battery sirens, prox. sensors, and the like. Of course, there are some shops that will make a copy of your keys and have an extra remote. THey know where to go because you gave them your address on the receipt usually. I always tell my customers how to erase extra remote codes and such just so I never get blamed.

Damnman sorry about the car but i know how you feel I have had 2 cars stolen thats right 2 cars..one from in front of my dads a 94 Accord with stereo ,rims etc. and they found it a month later all F'd up in Denver and I was living in Kansas and then had a guy steal my car when i left ir running to get out and talk yes thats right i was mearly 20 yards from the car,I know partially my fault but still, and that car was real custom an old 83 Wagon bagged with stereo and other mods and they found it stripped of evrything but the bags underneath....sory to post these horror stories but I know how you feel and to the guy who said he wanted to kill after someone jacked his stereo I agree its BS that most people work hard to upgrade they re cars for fun or for a hobby you know even people who do it for sport or racing and then these bastards come along and jack it, like the guy who got my wagon I found out he stole the parts to sell em for crystal meth just some druggie its sad man

Why would a shop need your address just to install an alarm? I'd be suspicious right off the bat if they asked for anything like that.

Well, I like to get as much info as I can depending on payment. If I get paid cash, I do not worry about it but check or credit card, I want everything I can get.

I mean is it still just as easy to steal the car, or is it near impossible without getting a hold of my key. Of course the salesman told me it's impossible without towing it, but that's the salesman.

they told me the same thing i still use the club and
a fuel kill switch with in a week

the kill switch works if u hide it and dont tell anybody where its at. other than that the club doesnt help. trust me it doesnt, they just cut the steering wheel in one place and ur club is out. thats a minutes work if not less. so yeah the kill switch :smile:

Still no sign of the car...but on Wednesday the two week grace period is up and we get to start fighting with the insurance company about how much money we get, so hopefully that will work out alright.

shoot for $3k more than you actually want for it. Gotta bargain with them....

yea mad ghetto over here too in queens - fuel kill like 80 bucks installed over here- they will ask you where you want it so hide it good- you cant start the car unless it's on, its a good investment along with the alarm and some kind of club device.

I've found through many car experiences that sometimes really bad things bring on new, better ones. I blew up two engines and ended up happy with the one I have now, but I was pissed at the time. You'll get some insurance money then buy a car that will hopefully make you happier.
