A local CIVIC specific club is trying to start up in the vancouver (greater Vancouver/lowermainland) area. There isn't a lot of traffic yet, as this club has just started up. Right now, it uses ezboard, and there isn't enough sponsorship to pay for the pop-up ad removal. This will be done soon. Here is the link:
