I know this is a 240 forum but hey no one talks in the 200SX? whats the diff between a newer model like 92 and up SE and SER besides the looks, wheels and engine? Cause couldnt you just pop in a SR20DET in a SE or base model and kill SE-R's? I mean if the suspensions diff I would understand but SE's are SOOOO much cheaper and easier to find.

I think the 200sx has the same engine as an SE-R, hence the name 200sx, don't know many other nissan engines wih 2 liter of displacement.

The Regular Sentras and shit use a 1.6 I beileve

1980's 200SX = Silvia S12.

RWD, 2-door, flip up lights. choice of CA18ET, VG30, and one other i think...

'90s 200SX = 2-door Nissan Sentra. FWD, SR20DE. totally different car, same name.

we don't talk about them here because there's a 200SX forum, dummy.

Unless you're in Europe, Australia, New Zealand... or wherever else the Silvias are called 200sx.
