i'm swaping the original cluster that has the huge gas gauge for one with a tach from the same year camry, are all the harnesses and pulgs already there or do they have to be installed?

To my understanding, you just plug in the same connectors that are there. One of the leads of the multi-pin plugs gives the reading to the tach.

thanks for the info. it went in with same connections and the tach works but the speedo seems a little off, the original one went up to 140 and this one goes up to 150.

The cluster you have is for the V6. If you have the 3S-FE engine, then you need to get the 4cyl cluster.
