HELP

Do rental cars have tracking devices that track my speed? What if I break the speed limit by almost 50 mph? Would they charge me for it? HELP! I live in Canada by the way if that has any impact. I plan on doing 200kmh or 125mph, but don't know if I should because of trackers...

Do you just want to do it for fun, or what?

Two of my friends work at a rental car company, they don't have tracking/logging devices in their cars. From a safety/legal standpoint, DO NOT DO IT!!!! They don't put the best tires on them ("S" rating at best, 112 mph), so a blowout wouldn't supprise me. What if you hit someone? What if you lose control and kill yourself? What if you get pulled over? I know this thread is almost a year old, so you've probably either either done it, been arrested, got life in prison, or you're dead and are not going to see this. If your plan has been delayed, however, don't do it. It's just not worth it.
