1998 century help

I have a 1998 century custom, and I was rear ended in a car accident and the body shop fixed my car, and while checking it out I opened the trunk and the trunk carpeting cut down the middle. My Question is, is this how the capeting came, or did the body shop cut it, I don't remember.

Also could anyone give me information on how the original tail lights look, or if you could give me a picture of an example, my tail lights also look different, as they have 3 white strips on each side of the lisence plate, I don't remember them being there, they also look smaller for some reason..

Thank you, your help is very much appreciated.

Amy.

Are you sure they gave you the right car back? (just kidding) I've noticed the 1998-2000 Centurys are all very similar. My 2000 only has the spare tire cover which has the carpeting glued on, The carpeting surrounding the tire well is also glued on. I've also noticed several variations in chrome trim striping and tail lights in our series of the Century model, but the lights are always the same size. Maybe the added stripes only make them look smaller.
