1999 neon will not start, totally dead, checked the battery and it is full charged, do neons have something on the firewall that has to be replaced, like in the old days. this is my wife's car and she took my ford truck till I get her car fixed. Help, thanks

Do you receive any error codes on the "service engine soon" light?
Maybe bad gasoline? Water in the tank from stale gasoline? Does it
turn over? Need more info.

Need more info...no start (like the man said "does it even crank over") - need more info...
