92 Lumina Euro cooling system

I had routine maintenance service for the cooling system one week ago, flushed, new coolant, etc. Began having erratic temperature fluctuations on the instrument display panel after that. The car is back in GM dealership shop again. Now, I'm told the two-year old radiator has a hole in it. How does that happen? I'm having my doubts about their honesty. How does an auto service department compensate/recover damages done by their own service technicians? Does it get passed on to the consumer in some way, shape or form? Can improper or incomplete bleeding of air pockets cause a hole in the radiator?
Please and thanks. S. Collins

Sally, I can answer you question but can feel your pain.. I took my car in a few weeks ago for tires mounting and when it came out, I had 2 ripped cv boots and my tranny feels funny. I dont trust mechanics.
