blown 455zundapp39 04-22-2004, 09:07 PM Hi Everyone, I want to drop in a '76 455 Buick in my 57 Chevy. Right now I am running a blown 350. I want to use the blower off the 350. Where can I find an intake for this? I probably will need a new drive for the blower case. Who makes one? Can a 455 crank stand up to the stress of a 3 inch belt on the snout? Obviously I need to set the engine up for the blower. Forged pistons, blower cam, good set of heads, headers to fit, motor mounts and anything else I need to make this work. Quite the project but should be fun and I am looking forward to that Buick torque! Thank you. kratefan 04-22-2004, 09:51 PM Hi Everyone, I want to drop in a '76 455 Buick in my 57 Chevy. Send your email to info@franzcars.com and I'll call him to see if you can establish a dialog. His blown 455 was put into a pickup. It ran 11.90's.
