Personally I would not buy them, I just got NGK wires for like 50 shipped. They smoothed out the idle and it revs smoother. And there blue :p

But I have heard that if you get the Nology wires make sure you ground them properly or something about grounding them. Otherwise your going to have major problems.

I am using NGK wires and NGK BKR5E plugs

O and www.nology.com :)

I have heard that the Nology gives a bigger spark.

I got mine from summitracing.com, I was in a rush to get it, but I think there is a cheaper place but its like a $2 difference. And if I order from summit I get them the next day :D

If you're going to spend a lot of money on wires, stick with Magnecors. You're not going to see any difference between mags and nology's. You can pick up some magnecor wires for only $80...........not 120 or more like nology. For plugs, go with NGK BPR6ES. They'll only run you about $1.50 each.

I had a stupid squirrel get into my engine bay and start chewing on mine. They do smooth your idle and supposively help with gas mileage but i havent really looked at that.

I have Nology Wires for my 2G Gst as we speak...You can buy them if you have the money. I really regret it because it really didnt have any dramatic gain......They look pretty tough though, they are red and black and thick as fuck...As durablitity goes i think they are good....I wish i could have dynoed it when i bought them....Also, i think they only become really affective when your car is highly modified....if you have no other modifications, i suggest you dont get them...The next set of wires ill be getting are stock....cheap and very affective...

Oh and if anybody doesnt know....they go for about $200, but if youre lucky and persistent you might find them for cheaper like i did for 115...the cheapest i seen for public sale is 150 @ summitsportcompact.com.

If any one else has Nology Wires, could you let us know if you noticed any affective in terms of gain....and the best would be if you have proof of the gain....thanks!

I have them on my 95 gs. but I got em free SPONSOR. yes there were some gains. they do store more spark ,if you upgrade your coil too. better response (not much but slightly noticeable) much better fuel efficiancy. but, it is important to understand some things when upgrading this end of your system.
1. the whole point is to get a bigger spark, igniting air/fuel that normaly slips by ,and so you don't risk blowing out the spark (this can happen especially in turbo aplications)
2. regardless what wires you use, its more important by far to have the right plugs. not to hot not to cool
3. wires typicaly don't show hp gains, unless you are upgrading the coil, sparkplugs, and tuning the amount of air and fuel being ignited (more)

if you can get em free its okay but for the prices i've heard and seen hhhhheeeeelllllll no
they were so deperate for attention, (probably cause the price they were asking) that I didn't even have to put on a sticker. (i hate stickers)
they do look cool though :lol2:

I love sponsors!! free shit is so much fun! get noticed, raise hell, stand out... or start your own place. Thats the best way. Also being friends with people who are like that helps haha.

heres what I do
1. look for a brand new company, or a old company with a product just about to be released (check out their website and look for coming soon items)
2. if the part is your style, get ahold of their marketing people and tell them you want to be a guinnie pig (not that you want to be sponsored)
to try the part out and possibly work out a contract/ aggrement. it doesn't work all the time though, most of these companies rely on tuners to spread the word their equation is usually like this...
sponsor X# of cars and charge everyone else like mad, because the part
has usually taken flight.
you just gotta be one of the x# of cars that has potential to turn heads and make people ask what you got
3.most of the time you will have a contract/ aggrement (90% of the time) to attend x# of shows, put X# of stickers on your ride ...etc..
4.whatever you do READ the contract thuoghly. make sure You like it.
I made them revise mine so I don't have to ruin a sleek ride by adding a tacky ass sticker
5. thru the sponsor aquirement be profesional i.e. no begging, no whining, no demanding. treat it how they treat it (like a buisness)
6. while you may have a companies part on your car via sponsorship, you don't have to sell it for them, thats what the car is for. thats why I said " not for that price" thats how I feel
7. don't rumage through car shows handing out pics of your ride at every booth, compared to the cars that are there, your car most likly ain't shit. that and they are there to sell, not give. (they hate it)

good luck if this is what you go for and remember, its a big pond and your just one more fish to them, sell the sizzle and not the steak.
