Does anyone know where I can get a copy (if there is one) of the restrictions on the cars, as well as general rules of the WRC? Or if someone knows some general ones, and has some free time please feel free to post them up here.

I was unable to find anything on the net. I know for sure that all formula 1 rules and regulations can be found on www.fia.com but I did not see anything about rally regulations there... If you *really* need those, maybe you could just write an email to FIA and ask for them...
