Altima 0-60 timestmr 01-12-2002, 10:34 AM What are published 0-60 times for all versions of 2002 Altima? I've seen 6 point something for 3.5 5-speed. What about 2.5 5-speed? All others? Thanks! JBL85 02-20-2002, 01:38 AM I just know 6.28 for a 2002 V6 5 speed...... i am sure my POS 4 banger does it quick enough BleachZee 02-20-2002, 02:58 PM So, what does your 300ZX do? probably faster than the altima... :bloated: 6 seconds flat? JBL85 02-20-2002, 07:29 PM HAHAHAHAHA.......like 13 seconds maybe =) BleachZee 02-21-2002, 10:08 AM Oh, I guess I was assuming a 300ZX Turbo... but really, if you got it running right (and with a 5-speed) it should be close to 6.5 seconds. My 280ZX can do 0-60 in about 7.5 seconds. (non-turbo) And that's faster than my wife's 94 altima ;) JBL85 02-21-2002, 10:12 PM No, its honestly about 9 seconds.....shifting it right and everything. Celica-Zen 02-21-2002, 10:15 PM I've got a 96 Inifiniti G20 (automatic) that my wife drives 2.0 dohc 142 hp no mods and it does 0-60 in about a fortnight...seriously its about 9 secs... JBL85 02-21-2002, 10:19 PM Yeah thats right cuz the 5 speed does it in 8 and thats on the new body style using 87 octane gas. =) I just hope my alti can take out some quick cars or at least run with a GSR or something (thats a little high hopes but hey, 2.5 Liters) The alti weighs 3000lbs and has 180 torque my 300zx weighs like 3600 and has 174lbs of torque....and its decently quick....we will see. Pierre Garneau 03-27-2002, 10:01 AM The reported 0-60 times for the 3.5 SE, 5 speed, vary greatly. The best figures are from the Motorweek Road test which states a smokin' 5.9 seconds, and the 1/4 mile in 14.4 seconds at 100mph. I just got my car last week and I'm not booting yet, but this puppy's got the looks, ride and performance are great!:dogpile: JBL85 03-27-2002, 03:57 PM Its slow as shit...... :D Ill run it till after college and sell it BlaxicanYIIK 06-28-2002, 08:33 PM 8.7 (Edmunds) and 8.42-8.6 (user on FA). Both were using the auto 4 banger. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
