I am having a strange problem with my 2000 Toyota Camry's passenger sided High beam. The high beam seems to be blown out but when I tried the bulb on the Driver side it was fine. also when the day time running lights are on both pasenger and driver side work fine. Is there a fuse or relay that operates the High beams for either side. I can not seem to find the problem. AAny suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You could check for voltage at the plug with the lights on.
