Drum/disc brakes on rear help

Can anyone tell me how to get the drum brakes of the rear of a 1999 GMC Sierra 4x4. They are the drum/disc type. I just wanted some inut before i made the job harder for myself. Thanks for any help

Have you done this already? This was 3 months ago but I didn;t see any reply. I just replaced my emergency brake pads today.
