Ok some one please help me out. I started up my civic 2day and a steady stream of smoke came out of my PCV breather on the valve cover. I opened the oil fill and smoke started coming out of there too. The smoke was white and came out and up in a steady stream, kinda like a chimney. What gives? I've got a B16A with a full race T3/To4E set up. I checked the charge pipe but didn't find any oilo so I don't think I blew my turbo seals. The turbo is brand new and is Greddy. There is some smoke that comes out the exhaust from time to time at full open throttle. I have an oil leak around the oil pan gasket (new one should be here any day now). I'm stumped, what should I do next or what could it be? Anyone?

If you checked the oil level, it might be low on oil. Also it actually sounds like the head gasket...

sound likes your rings are shot , you are getting alot of blow-by , that is what is causing the smoke

how old is that b16 and how much boost were you running?

white smoke means burning oil... not sure what is is.. could be rings or head gasket as mentioned before, but i can tell you that you're not in a good place right now :(

If you are blowing smoke out the valve cover breather then you most likely have a bad piston ring. It is letting an excessive amount of blowby which is burning causing smoke. I am willing to bet if you do a compression test, one or more cylinders will be significantly lower.
