whyRicochet 04-12-2004, 12:45 AM I posted a thread about losing to an Integra gs-r a few weeks ago right? Well today I came across a 96-98 hatch with a gs-r swap (he had the badge on the back and it was plenty faster than a sohc), exhaust, rims, yada yada.. So I ran against him over and over, coming up on his bumper when behind him, pulling away while in front, and putting about a car or so when side to side. Why the hell would I beat this little hatch and not my buddy's heavier Integra? Not like it takes driver skill to plow through the gears at freeway speeds.. civicHBsi91 04-12-2004, 11:58 AM some people just really cant drive, i raced a c5 swapped hatch like yours on friday and took him by about a car till about 110 where he started to inch back up Ricochet 04-12-2004, 01:07 PM I don't know what's so hard about flooring it on the freeway and shifting around redline though. We were both in 4th gear and I was pulling on him, no shifting involved. Maybe that Integra has a freak motor or something, like your b18b :) civicHBsi91 04-12-2004, 01:27 PM b18A ;) Ricochet 04-12-2004, 01:29 PM ha, it was even right there in your sig too.. I still don't understand how your car is so fast. Is it gutted to the bone or something? civicHBsi91 04-12-2004, 01:48 PM nope, i think i just know how to drive it very well i have bettered my times .7 tenths of a second since the 1st time i went to the track and now they are consistant, they will be lower with better tires though :) YOUNGSTER 04-14-2004, 05:08 PM yeah there are some freak motors cause my freind that i sold my old ek with a gsr swap he has intake header and exhaust and he lost to are friend with a stock gsr thats just lowered maybe you should do a compresssion test maybe its just your motor isnt running up to par KrNxRaCer00 04-14-2004, 08:56 PM nice kill. kingpinn 04-21-2004, 04:36 AM nice kill.. some motors are put to gether better thats why people blue print them so every thing lines up just right.. but its all good.... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
