hey guys please help me with my 1992 buick century 3.3L V6. This is what happens
when i start it and put it in Drive everything is fine but as soon as i touch gas peddal it starts to stall big time (it's shaking and stuterring a lot lol lot.) but when i let it off the gas and just let it roll it's fine but again as soon as i put my foot on pedall it starts to jerk and shake (this is a lot by the way) so far I've changed fuel filter, spark plugs & wires, cleaned throtlle body, new PCV valve I don't know what could be the problem :banghead:

BTW: check engine light is NOT on and it's not throwing any codes please help me fix this problem this is my daily driven car and I need it to go to work. thanx y'all

Did you check the vacuum? Sounds like a vacuum leak. Do you hear any hissing sounds?

I've checked as much as I could I don't know where to look though. I've looked around the throtlle body and it seems oo as far as I can se. but any other feedback would be appriciated. thanx

assuming the 4 way vacuum 'tee' on top of the intake is not leaking like a sieve, did you check the TPS for a glitch? hook up to a scan tool and get the tps voltage reading and throttle angle at idle...

What I'd do is to to test your vacuum at idle with a guage. Low vacuum means a leak somewhere. A trick I learned to find a leak is to buy yourself a can of spray carb cleaner and use it to detect a vacuum leak. With the engine idling, spray the stuff around on all your intake components - throttle body, manifold gaskets, tubes etc. - anywhere there could be a leak. When youre spraying on a leak, the engine will speed up. But the problem could be something other than a vacuum leak. I'd check the EGR valve too. It could be sticking open, or the control valve could be bad holding it open. On some of them you can feel the valve position (open or closed) by feeling with your finger on the back side of the diaphram where there may be a vent big enough to stick your finger into, but be careful not to get burned. You might have to remove the EGR valve and check the plunger and seat for carbon buildup. I'd say check the O2 sensor too, but you should have a code for that.

Thank you all for your help this is update what I did

I checked for vacum leaks with carnurator cleaner and it doesn't seem to have any.

I also replaced O2 sensor

I also checked fuel injectors by unpluging each one (when i did this and i unplug the conector that goes into injector with engine running car trys to die which is telling me that injector is working fine)

could it be EGR valve? Where is it located?

guys I am running out of ideas :-(

The EGR valve has been located on the intake manifold of all GM V6 and V8 engines I've had experience with. You might look at the emissions sticker under the hood which should indicate specifically where it is in your case. Its probably a round gold-colored thing about 3" dia.
