I've read the posts on the security system problems, but mine is different that them.

Just recently, when I put the key into the drivers door, the dome light does not come on, and the alarm goes off when I open the door. So, I started using the passenger door instead. And then recently, I stuck my key into the passenger door, the dome light DID come on, and the alarm went off before I even opened the door! I tried the diagnostic mode where you open all doors and wait for a honk, but in my case, the driver side door (which started giving me the problem in the beginning) honked! and the passenger door didnt! I need some advice on what is possibly the problem and solution, or can someone also tell me how to bypass the factory security system all together?? Thanks a lot in advance.

Drivers side is bad door jamb switch $8 O'reilly's. Autozone does't carry
Passenger side is the "door lock solenoid" that I mentioned in other posts.

I may have that vice versa.
If key won't disarm, "door lock solenoid" is bad.
If light won't come on, door jamb switch is bad
