Why does my 1993 Grand Chreokee Larordo??? What causes the RPM s to not work when I am in low gear (automatic} or at an idle??? When you put on the gas it works ..shifts etc....The RPMs gauge jumps around at a idle and when doing 35 or less put on the gas and they start working........Thank You ????? How and what do I do to fix this.....Thank you all so much.........

Replace the Idle Control Valve located behind the throttle body. here is the site to order it, you will find it under fuel injection then: idle air or idle control:

You will need a #25 torx bit on a 1/4 inch ratchet to change it.
