You should by a GEO Metro and refrain from trying to be 'racer', young-man! There are enough idiots out here... when you become a lil' more mature and can handle a 'race' car buy anything but a CIVIC or MUSTANG.

Well it's gonna be your first car, so basically you are likely to bang it up. Buy a 91 Camaro RS w/ a 305 block. They are sooo dirt cheap it isn't even funny, and they are really inexpensive to mod. Make sure to buy it with a stick shift. The stick shift versions were high 14 sec. cars. You could also opt for a mustang 5.0. I think the camaro is a safer car though, cause it's alot heavier, although not quite as quick (Mind you i am talking about a car that you will more then likely sell in about 2 years). Buy the Mustang if you plan on owning it more then 2 years, as it has alot more hop up parts. An LT1 camaro will kill you too fast, cause those suckers get squirrly easily.

a first generation RX-7. It's not fast by any means, but it's got great handling, is pretty zippy, reliable, and its got a rotary.
