I installed a new fuel pump last month. I know it is suppose to make that humming noise when I first start up. Well, it does it all the time.
Now, today it will not start again and fuel in coming out!!! Is the pressure regulator also inside the tank like the fuel pump was? I'm guessing that the pressure is too high??? How is it adjusted?

on the 4.3L and bigger the fuel pressure regulator is not adjustable and its in the upper intake manifold attached to the passenger side of the fuel injection metering body
