I just bought a 1995 GMC Z71 and the speedo stopped working. I replaced the speed sensor and still nothing. All the other gauges minus the speedo, trip, and odometer work. Help please.

I have the same problem , but my shift indicator light is out and therfore my speedo and rpm gauges dont work either.
Does your tranny upshift when your speedo is out ? as you know the tranny is told by the computor when to upshift when certain speed attained , if it dont upshift beware of highway travel as burnout of tranny could happen , hope someone can help us here as l have a post as well on my 96 seirra.
