Clifford, The Tall T, and fee_nx's Xgothamist 05-02-2001, 08:31 PM Might as well start this forum out on the right foot... http://www.4x4lo.com/trips/conway_remix/clifford_5th_crossing.jpg Schludwiller 05-02-2001, 08:36 PM Is that Mike towing Pickachu in the background? gothamist 05-02-2001, 10:56 PM That's a white X, not yellow...it's Will's/fee_nx's, he doesn't post on the boards too often but he has a nice rig (32x10.50 TSL's, winch, skids, yadda yadda yadda...) Will had his tow strap looped around the ARB, but except for one winch spot we all made the trail under our own power...he had to yank me a few times the night before (being the lead on night runs can be perilous at times...) Mobycat 05-02-2001, 11:58 PM I still say this is one of the best pics of the truck I've seen. I love the rock in the foreground (well, except for the date stamp  Aquamander 05-07-2001, 08:39 PM Yeah Gothamist, I think that is one of the coolest pics of Xterras in action. The location reminds me of the West Georgia Mountains. Cave country. :D Philosopher 05-08-2001, 06:02 PM Originally posted by Mobycat I still say this is one of the best pics of the truck I've seen. Synchro 05-08-2001, 08:27 PM yeah, and the date can always be removed if need be. a little photoshop action can take care of that. Mobycat 05-08-2001, 08:37 PM I'm guessing you were probably about 20 odd feet from Vikram and about 2-3 feet from the rock? Probably 200 or 400 speed film. F-stop most likely at about 4. Shutter speed...mmm...1/125. OK, so the second part is just a wild guess.:bloated: Synchro 05-09-2001, 09:58 AM sorry paul, but there is no way that could be an f-stop of 4. more like 11 or 16. it'll depend on how close the camera was to the rock. it could even be 22, but again it depens on that rock. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
