Can anyone tell me what the wheel back spacing is meant to be on a 1988 Towncar.
Thanks
Nick

TTT...

Hey Nick, I'll be honest here.. I have no clue what's "wheel back spacing". I ran across a thread here (http://www.lincolnsonline.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=002203) that I thought may be related...

Cheers!

Back spacing is the measurment from the rear of the wheels Hub to the rear of the rim.
Its important to know the backspacing so when you buy new wheels they don't Rub or catch on anything.

Thanks for the reply though[:)]
