Well to be honest I havent taken it out yet... (no plates or insurance, but getting that taken care of soon) but Rene (Rice-Rocketeer) brought me in his car to a church parking lot and he gave me a crash course in driving stick. Lets just say within 3 minutes I was tearing around the church parking lot (ahaha who would have though it wasnt paved in places ~ ahahaha) I really want to say thanks alot! I think anyone learning to drive stick needs a lesson from Rene... he was just really cool even when I stalled her a few times and flung a few "riders" from off the roof (hahaha, yeah I had her buckin' like a bronco a few times but recovered most of them... hehehe) I just wanted to give a BIG thank you to Rene for the lesson and patience... Something that I think is really important when learning to drive stick, and thanks again for making me shit my pants for the SECOND time now (ahahaha WalMart parking lot... and before that the ambulance) hehe, im really glad you were the first person I met here off PH (AF, whatever you call it) and I cant wait to help repay you for all your help with the new project :) Not to mention im going to be ETERNALLY in debt to you and Rick hopefully come summer ~ but we will talk about that at another time

RR is the coolest guy, isn't he? Dang, that's cool... I woulda helped... but I'm on the total opposite side of the country. :D That's really cool though. Was that your first time driving stick? Here in NZ I can't imagine driving anything that ISN'T manual! It's all I've ever driven (well, driven autos but hate them). It becomes so second nature that you'd rather a manual, I think

You see, this is why I'm so frustrated with ppl that don't even want to learn this whole new world or driving. It's so friggin easy and NOONE, I mean NOONE that I've taught has ever regreted it. Soon you too will be power braking and heel-toe downshifting :hehe:

Haven't dealt with it yet... car's still not running.

Basically, the bolt position on the back of the bench of the Integra seat is off-center to the left of the rear seat. The Civic bolt position was off-center to the right. I think I'll have to bend the metal piece back a little bit and drill a new hole for the bolt off-center to the left. As for the 2 clips at the front of the seat... they don't fit exactly because they are shaped at an angle on the Integra seat, unlike the Civic seat which had the clips that went straight down. But it's alright because I was able to get the clips in far enough just by forcing them in. Though the clips don't go in all the way, I think it should be alright when the back is bolted down... and there's no visible signs that the clips aren't all the way in.

As for the gaps, I've visited an upholstery shop and they've given me scrap foam so I gladly took it. I just cut 3 strips down to size so that they would fill in the gaps that appear on the sides and rear of the lower bench. The shop said they didn't have any vinyl to match my seat's color so I will try another shop. I want to wrap the foam in the gray vinyl and maybe even have it stitched to match the patterns of stitching on the seats. Then I can stuff the foam pieces into the gaps... I really don't think an adhesive would be necessary to hold the pieces down since I'll squeeze them in there tight.

I'll take some pics of the rear seats as I fix the gaps and such and post them later.
