We have a 99 4 runner limited that we bought new. About a year ago, the green Backlights on the Air control (the one with the LCD screen) went out(one side at a time). We have been told that these are actual bulbs and have the possibility of burning out. I have looked around and haven't found anyone with the same problem. My question is, has anyone else had similar problems and if so how did you fix it?

This happened on my 99 $Runner limited also. I bought 2 bulbs from the dealer (total cost < $10) and replaced them myself (takes 10-15 min). If you are having a hard time finding the part, email me at jmarwill@bellsouth.net and I'll look up the part # on my receipt.
