i really need some parts for the rack and pinion, firstly i need the little hoses/tubes that run from the drivers side to the middle/right section of the pinion that supply the fluid. i don't really want to spend more money than i have to to buy a new/used rack and pinion for this car. if anyone knows where i can get these, or has them avaliable please let me know. i just had the same problem in my 97 GTP. i was able to find the part numbers on a .pdf file on the internet. if you can get the part numbers, or you can try without them, www.pontiac-parts-for-less.com might be able to get the parts for you. the problem with them is i ordered my parts over 1 1/2 weeks ago and they are still in transit. it might take some time, but it's better than dropping hundreds for the pipe. i think mine cost like $4 a piece. hope this helps
