I have a 94 Grandcaravan w/ 139,000 mi. (Original Trans.) after warm up, oil pressure drops to 0 and Lifters start "Clacking". Will changing the Oil Pump rejuvenate our Van. W/ 4 kids, I'd like to get 200,000 miles out of this vehicle.

Is there oil in the motor to begin with?
