Frustrated with the Cup Holders?Rsunder9 03-14-2004, 08:27 PM We are first time owners of a 3-series convertible. We have a 1999 323I. Great car and loads of fun. The cup holders under the armrest are useless. Ugh! What 'after market' options are there for cup holders? I am sure there have been some creative ideas. Please advise. I see that the newer models have the problem fixed. Help! ironman502 03-14-2004, 09:41 PM www.bavauto.com should have them. I've never tried the cup holders, so I can't tell you if they work, but from what I've seen so far, Bavarian Autosport makes and sells quality parts. This helped. fantom 03-18-2004, 11:58 PM Here is a site that sells different cupholders for your car: http://www.drinkholders.com/bmw/e46main.html. Now you have a few choices. mauiguy 03-19-2004, 04:07 AM Aloha, I have just purchased a 2003 325CI and I am also amazed at the lack of attention to providing adequate cup storage. The link provided is very good. Check it out. buymeabmwm3 03-19-2004, 01:47 PM I went to my local Suprtrack and picked up a pair of black cup holders that hang from the front quarter window seal. work great, looks OEM, cheap. bimmerboi18 03-19-2004, 07:56 PM German's do not believe in drinking a Wendy's slurpy driving down the road, not paying attention. They believe in paying 100% attention to the road. This is why American's have such a high death rate on the road, yapping on the cell phone, eating, applying makeup, doing things other than paying attention to the road. It really gets under my skin when I hear people gripe about there not being adequate cupholders, Please, buy a Toyota, or Dodge. cds51494 06-10-2004, 11:27 PM i agree, bavarianautosport is one of the best in the business, done lots of work with them, all of it has been great. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
