No, you would have to look up an upolstery shop.

If you have the skills and the time you could alway's go to a fabric store and buy some dyed leather there and do it yourself. My friend bought a Corvette and he got some leather to do the seats, although the Corvettes seats are much smaller than the Town Cars.

Call an upolstery shop and see what they can do.

Here's some places to get you started:
http://www.leatherseats.com/pages/apps.htm
http://www.leatherseats.com/pages/colors.htm

These guys do Mark's, you might ask them who does TC's:

Then there's always the JCWhitney stuff:
JCWhitney, Town Car Interiors, Seats (http://www.jcwhitney.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/EndecaCategoryView?catalogId=10101&Ne=100003045&N=111+1401001436+100003045&langId=-1&tmplframe=EndecaCategoryView&section=body&tmplhome=StoreCatalogDisplay&storeId=10101&ss=10101)

I'm not too sure what resources folks use to get these things, but I've seen "Replacement, Leather Seat Covers" listed from time to time on eBay (eBay Search) (http://search-desc.ebay.com/search/search.dll?query=leather+cover+lincoln&catref=C3&ht=1&sosortproperty=1&from=R10&sacategory=33694&sotextsearched=2&BasicSearch=) as well.

Here's a sample of what I'm talking about:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33695&item=2465446621

Then there's always someone selling complete seats too:
eBay Search (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33701&item=2466588740)

Good Luck

My interior in my '89 was in mint condition, that is until one of my friends decided to throw a pack of firecrackers (a wolfpack) out my window that he THOUGHT was open. My entire front passenger seat is now blue fabric with black holes in it. Anyways sorry I'm of no help, this thread just reminded me of my poor seat that my idiot friend destroyed.
