There isnt a MODEL of any civic that you can make "really fast" for not much money. Either you can buy a used hatchback(92-95) swap in a GSR engine, totall costing like 10g's. You will run low-mid 14's. Or you can spend like 14g's on a used 00 Civic si, and run low15's with I/H/E.

3 grand after you buy the car? With maybe a bit more than three grand, you could get a turbo kit.

I would say a 5th gen hatchback.

They easiest Civic to hype up is the Civic Type-R man!

I know...not in the US but all you need is the badge!!

Plus..to make something really fast, really quick you gotta get NOS!!!!!

If you want to go fast for cheap. go to www.corral.net and ask about 5.0L Mustangs. Civics dont go fast unless you spend over $15,000 in mods....and still they arent even that fast.

5.0l mustangs are slow. And what do u mean by "really fast"??? Cuz to me really fast is like 13's.... anything ower than that is crazy fast :D

he has $3000 to spend.. you spend $3000 on the 5.0 and $3000 on the Civic.. yeah someone is in the 13s and below.. and that isnt the civic ;)

remember: Civics are not race cars, don't try to force yourself to think that they are
