Start with the fuel pump. With engine off, switch to rear tank. Turn on ignition (don't start engine). You should hear the fuel pump run for a moment.
Turn off ignition, wait 30 seconds, switch to front tank. Turn on ignition, do you hear the fuel pump? If you don't, then there's your problem. Either a bad pump, or no power to the pump. If you do, then thats not the problem. Post back with your results.
