Rough Idle

When I start my 96 jimmy with the vortec v6 it has a rough idle. :uhoh: Anybody know why thanks

vortec V6....4.3? Wseries?
Run rich...start hard?

vortec v6 4.3 liter starts just fine and runs normal doesn't start hard or run rich
