found a 93 740i at auction with 93k on the odometer
can anybody tell me about any known problems to be aware of
I know it starts and runs ok and looks like it has been well taken care of
it goes for sale tomorrow
last week it sold for 5300 but the bidder just didnt pick it up

BTW $5300 is a very good price assuming the car is in good shape. Maybe the bidder was afraid the drug guy would want his car back-or else.

thanks for the feedback! I have always thought about getting a 740 but just wasnt ready to pay 10k or more hopefully the car will go for a great price today, I will let you know
