My new drawing 1971 Mustang Mach 1Chabry 03-03-2004, 09:53 PM For those who asked, here is my new drawing. http://8cmc.com/drawings/machone.JPG Any suggestion to make it better is welcome. I am just a beginner  shortdude_j21 03-03-2004, 10:09 PM DANG!!!!I think that is great tokes99 03-04-2004, 12:01 AM It is dope! I think we should be able to see the other front tire and possibly the bottom of the rear. Just what technique do you use to draw these, speckling, whatever it is is is off the chain! acoustic 03-04-2004, 12:09 AM yes, i agree. your technique is awesome asaenz 03-04-2004, 09:29 AM That is a very nice drawing. :iceslolan A shadow under the car (more defined) would give it the illusion of ground. KustmAce 03-04-2004, 03:59 PM i concur Chabry 03-04-2004, 04:11 PM Thanks for your tips. You where right the original photo is showing a little part of the front wheel on the back but we can't see the back wheel. I fixed that and also darkened the shadow. For my drawings I use hb 2h and 2b pencils with back and forth motions then rub everything with Q-TIPS or tortillons made of paper. I learnt everything from the internet. Many websites offer tips for drawings. But even if I learnt a lot in the past weeks I still have a hard time to follow the instructions they give me :) asaenz 03-04-2004, 04:32 PM I still like this ride. :grinyes: I mean your style is a great way to get a very nice rendering w/o a ton of time. How long did it take? Thx. Will you do some classic car artwork g-machine/pro touring style? I can imagine what your Stang would look like with nice set of big rims and lowered some, like those rides in 'Popular Hot Roding' magazine. Would you mind if I posted an photoshop edited version of your Mach1? Zcaithaca 03-04-2004, 05:17 PM WOW!!! thats awesome! great job! Chabry 03-04-2004, 07:31 PM I don t know how much time I spent on this car but it took me about a week with about 2 or 3 h a day. I like the street machines that are made from classic cars and might do one some day but I better like to start learning to draw on easier stock cars for now. Asaenz you are welcome to modify my drawings if I can see the result :) asaenz 03-04-2004, 08:06 PM Here we go! I like to take my car picts (American Muscle) and hook dem up pro-touring style. Ooohh wow look at that tuck. :iceslolan http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/35634oh_ye-ah.jpg Thx Chabry for letting me mod it. :) I gave full credit to you in my gallery post. Zcaithaca 03-04-2004, 09:21 PM awesome al...you just lowered it right? HighOctaneNOSUser 03-05-2004, 08:33 AM bigger rims too it looks like Chabry 03-05-2004, 10:49 AM That looks very nice Asaenz. It looks like the car was originally drawn like that. I really need photoshop now :) KustmAce 03-05-2004, 10:54 AM alfred, dont you have anything better to do?  SeeTheSkyline 03-05-2004, 11:11 AM nice i like it! -andrew vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
