Neither headlights nor highbeams are working. Checked the fuse, does not appear to be that, not the bulbs. I think it's the headlight switch that is malfunctioning. What is the cheapest easiest way to fix this or to determine if this is the problem? Thanks!

I had the same problem. You need a new "multipurpose switch" which is the high/low beam switch wiper control and turn signal. Sounds bad but it aint. $45 from ford dealer and a few torx screws on the steering column. 30 minute job max.
