Hey,
This is my first post, and was wondering, what do yuo honestly think to the Breeze. So far i found a nice one for cheap (1996 for $6995 and 67000KM (not sure what that is in miles)), and i checked on edmunds.com and it seems to have more kick to it than a Sunfire/Cavalier or Escort, which are in my price range.
Have you guys had any major problems with them and how much would it cost to get it repainted from head to toe. The color sucks, that purple color that old ladies like, want to make it pitch black.
Any opinions would be appreciated,
thanks
Ren

i have a 98 breeze with 120k. i just bought it. the only problem that i got with this car is that it takes a while to start the car with the first try. then it kind of work with 3 cilinders for like 2 seconds. that might be that i haven't changed the oil oil filter air filter and spark plugs and the air filter since i bought it. i will do this in a few day and will see what happens. with those kind of miles just buy the car man. i don't think you will have any problems. just make sure those are original miles. u'll never know. if u wanna check car history just go to carfax.com and check the car vin number which is located in front of the driver near the front glass on the left lower side of the car. good luck . as for paiting the car it all depends on what shop u take it., it all depends how many coating u put in the car. just shop around. my estimate $600-1500

ours has had quite a few problems but i think it might get beat on hmmm ha ha

So far

1 cylinder head gasket
1 front main seal
1 rear main seal
1 brake discs (stopped on hot rotors i believe)
1 power steering belt
1 power steering pump or regulator or something i dont really remember
1 oil pan seal ( i dunno how the hell that happened)

if you do get one DON"T get a 2.0 auto thely are super slow.
