i have a problem with my 1995 taurus with my headlights diming when coasting or idling. when i accelerate i can see a noticeable brightness. i would appreciate your help with this problem

sounds to me that yours alternator isnt putting out enough juice! try changing that( thats what i did on the honda )

If you have a seperate alternator belt, make sure it's tight. Believe it or not, that's enough to cause this problem. When the alternater is under load, the belt can slip and limit the output ... good luck!
